- Your signature was challenged, or you were told your vote didn't count.
- You returned your ballot on time but were told it was late, and you have proof of when you dropped it off or mailed it.
Get official help now
- Check your registration and ballot on Oregon's My Vote page.
- Call the Deschutes County Elections Office at (541) 388-6547 for a replacement ballot or to fix a signature problem. You have 21 days after Election Day to fix a challenged signature.
- If you believe election law was broken, you can file a request with the Oregon Secretary of State's Elections Division.
